We were matched randomly through Zillow with Caroline after we had a poor experience with a different agent. We are so glad we found her!

Our previous agent was completely hands-off and took very little time, if any, to explain the buying process to us, being first-time home buyers. We had submitted an offer on a home (after being told to bid something unrealistic and outside of what we were comfortable with) and weren't even walked through the documents we were signing. She scheduled appointments to look at homes quickly, gauged what we liked or didn’t like, and walked us through the details of what to expect in the process. She reviewed what an offer document entailed, gave feedback on inspection reports, was highly communicative, very personable, and diligent throughout.

We narrowed down our search and made an offer on our home, receiving a counter offer that we ended up winning because of Caroline’s local knowledge on the area about sewer lateral laws.
